So you’ve been collecting some of Italy’s greatest wines for years. Now, the crucial question, and one I get asked frequently: when should you drink them?
Every week, I’ll be opening a certain number of aged Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello and other wines from our private cellar to give you a guide on these great wines and vintages and how they are holding up. Or not.
Our cellar maintains ideal temperatures and humidity year-round, and the wines have been sourced directly from the producers upon release.
